Exciting changes to the Junior Playground

The school is planning some exciting additions to the Junior Playground. A Playable Landscape Committee met to discuss possible ways to incorporate more nature into the existing playground.

Check out the link and pictures on the P&C Facebook page (or search ‘Playable Landscape’ on the internet) to see the great play areas other schools around Perth have developed with minimal costs.

The committee decided to begin with 3 projects; a Mud Kitchen, a Log ‘Meeting Place’ and Loose Parts Play.

The school also plans to create a Playable Landscape area near the small playground on the oval.
